Willa F. Haggard, 100, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington, Illinois. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no public services. Willa was born January 25, 1923, in West Township, McLean County, Illinois, to Alva and Ida (Hall) Forrest. She is survived by her son, Larry (wife, Suzanna); three grandchildren, Dana, Teri and Brian; and four great-grandchildren, Sedona, Daisy, Ashley, and TJ. When she was younger, she enjoyed working with arts and crafts.
