Troy Alexander Henry

Spring Valley:
Troy Alexander Henry, 55, of Spring Valley, passed away Tuesday October 20, 2026,
at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Peru.
Visitation will be Tuesday October 27, 2026, from 9:30 to 11:30 am at Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home, 201 N. Jefferson St. Washburn. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 am. Pastor Betty Delgado will officiate. Cremation rites will be accorded, following the services. Memorials may be directed to the Washburn American Legion.
Troy was born December 23, 1970, in Peru, IL to Jerry and Janice (Jordan) Henry. They survive in LaRose.
Also surviving are his children, Alec Henry, of Bloomington, Brody Henry, of Germantown Hills, and Cole Baker, of Spring Valley, his grandchildren, Oakley and Harlow, along with his brother, Todd (Amy) Henry, of Normal. Also surviving are one nephew and two nieces.
His grandparents, one brother, Tim A. Henry, and a nephew, Ross Henry, preceded him in death.
Troy started working at a young age at the family business, Mid West Sand & Gravel. He later joined the Operators Union Local #150. He was a part of the union for over 30 years.
Troy was known for his witty sense of humor and his passion for heavy equipment, motorcycles, and classic automobiles.
