Tina R. Molton

Tina R. Molton, 53, of Pontiac, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 7:12 a.m. at OSF St. James John W. Albrecht Medical Center, Pontiac, IL.

A memorial visitation will be held Friday, August 12, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Pontiac, IL. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of arrangements.

Tina was born to Charles Vaughn and Constance Rae (Jacobs) Carstens on March 27, 1969, in Beloit, Wisconsin.

She is survived by her fiance, Todd Dixon; children, Kody Molton of Pontiac, IL and Kassie (Aaron Engel) Molton of Pontiac, IL; and her brother, Casey Carstens of Cornell, IL. Also surviving is her grandson, Maxwell Molton and adopted father, Edward Carstens of Cornell, IL.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Tina attended Pontiac Township High School and Kankakee Community College. She owned and operated Superior Klean for over 20 years.

Tina was a very active volunteer for the Livingston County Humane Society in Pontiac, IL. She was a coach for Special Olympics bowling team and was a coach for her children's sports teams. She enjoyed working in her gardens. She was an "Owner" of the Green Bay Packers and a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. She loved spending time with her family, especially her favorite person, her grandson, Maxwell, and her beloved pets, Daisy, Lucy, Molli, Phyllis, Benjamin, Jones, and Samantha. She also loved spending time with her fiance, Todd, either camping, traveling, or playing golf.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Livingston County Humane Society, Pontiac, IL.
