Terry L. Fosdick

Terry L. Fosdick, 71, of Pontiac, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 2:35 a.m. at Accolade Healthcare of Pontiac.
Per his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. A graveside service will be held at Center Cemetery in Flanagan at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, with Rev. Russ Zehr officiating. A celebration of life being held at the Pub 13 in Pontiac immediately following. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Calvert-Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, Flanagan, is assisting the family with services.
Terry was born April 10, 1955, in Pontiac, Illinois, the son of Harold and Barbara Payne Fosdick. He was preceded in death by his parents and his life partner, Glenda Summers.
Terry is survived by his five children, Jeremy Fosdick of Peoria; Aaron (Amy Harder) Summers of Pontiac; Jason (Abbey) Fosdick of Pontiac; Cody (Nikki) Fosdick of Minooka; and Nathan Fosdick of Pontiac. He is also survived by his brother, Stan Fosdick of Phoenix, Arizona; his sisters, Joni (Dale) Studebaker of Fairbury and Tammy (Stephen) Kelly of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Alexis Summers, Gage Harder, Jackson, Sophia and Harold (Hank) Fosdick, Colton and Bella Carey, Connor and Crew Fosdick, and Hunter Fosdick.
Terry was a member of Flanagan Christian Church and worked as a welder.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and could often be found fishing, mushroom hunting, or following Chicago sports.
