Teresa Marie Szkuthik, 52, of Taylorville, IL died at 1:15 pm Monday, March 20, 2006 at Meadow Manor Nursing Home, Taylorville, IL. She was born March 14, 1952 in Taylorville, IL the daughter of Joseph Michael and Laura Christian Chlebus.

Surviving are her mother, Laura Chlebus of Taylorville; Brother, Joseph G. Chlebus and wife Paula of Taylorville, IL and 2 sisters: Marilyn Cavatorta and husband Jim of Tovey, IL and Regina Hughes of Taylorville.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, March 23, 2006 in Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, IL with Dr. Lonnie Southern and Rev. Vicki Southern officiating. There will be no visitation.
