Scott N. Lightbody

Scott N. Lightbody 54, of Odell, IL. died Friday June 19, 2020 at 9:21 p.m. in rural Pontiac, IL. as the result of a motorcycle accident.
Cremation rites will be accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials in Scott's name may be made to the family. Calvert & Martin Funeral Home, Pontiac is handling the arrangements.
Scott was born on November 4, 1965 in Utica, NY a son of Robert McKeith and Joyce Helen (Everton) Lightbody. Survivors include: fiance: Brenda Dooley of Mazon, IL; two step-daughters: Meegan Dooley and Morgan David both of Mazon, IL; one step son: Brandon (Brittany) Countryman; one step son in law; Ryan Shaver of Mazon, IL; five step-grandchildren: Patrick, Emma, Braydon, Bradley and Ethan; one sister: Allyson Lightbody of Dublin, CA; one brother: Keith Lightbody of CA; nieces and nephews: Abbey Stimson, Carter Stimson, Emmry (Jimmy Benge) and Mitchell (Jennifer) Stimson. Scott was preceded in death by his Parents, one brother: Craig Lightbody and one brother in law: Charlie Stimson.
Scott was a union laborer working for Kankakee Valley Construction Co. with Local #996.
