Ruth P. Turner

HENRY-Ruth P. Turner, 105, of Henry passed away on Saturday July 18, at Henry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Henry.
Her graveside service will be on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Henry Cemetery in Henry, with Pastor Jared French officiating. Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home in Henry is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on April 19, 1921, in rural Bradford, IL., to Providence and Bertha Wall.
She Married Mark Turner February 12, 1950, in Kewanee IL.
Surviving is her son David (Lori) Turner of Lacon; granddaughter, Kimberly (Jared) French of Bartonville; grandson Daniel (Elizabeth) of Rogersville, MO; 6 Great Grandsons, and 1 Great Granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband Mark Turner March 20, 2008; infant daughter, Pamela; brothers, Everett Wall, Glen Wall, Francis Wall, Bob Wall, Bill Wall; sisters, Margaret Young, Darlene Russell, Doris Marquis, and Gertrude Binno.
Ruth was a longtime member of Henry Baptist Church. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother Great grandmother and homemaker. Loved working in her flower beds up until the age of 98.
