Ronald E. "Ronnie" Hill

Ronald E. "Ronnie" Hill, 65, of Pana died Sunday, February 4, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in his residence.
He was born May 29, 1941 in Shelbyville, IL, son of Virgil Zelma Kingston Hill. He lived in Shelbyville most of his life until coming to Pana 3 years ago. He was a construction worker and enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and his family.
Ronnie married Daisy Kidwell on October 3, 1984 in Shelbyville. She survives in Pana. He is also survived by his children: Ronnie L. Hill wife Beverly, Hammond, IL and Jody Hill special friend James Turpin, Rosamond, IL; step daughter: Brenda Harl, Mattoon, IL; 9 grandchildren: Ashlee, Halle, Whitney, Kelsie, Robert, Lacee, Kaylee, Alicia and Zach; brother: Jim Riley wife Dorothy, Shelbyville, IL; and sisters: Judy Ramsey husband Dean, Sullivan, IL and Delores Strohl, Shelbyville, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by 2 brothers: Jerry Hill and Earl Wayne Welch.
Funeral Information

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 8, 2007 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Don Farris officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at McCracken-Dean Funeral Home.
