Robert J. “Bob” Lutz, 67 of Toluca, IL passed away at 7 p.m. on Sunday June 1, 2025, in Lacon, IL. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday June 11, 2025, at St. Ann’s Catholic church, Toluca with the Rosary at 9 a.m. A mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. with Franciscan Friars officiating. Burial will follow at St. Ann’s Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Eastern Marshall County Ambulance fund, or The Toluca Jumbo, or to the St. Ann’s church. Calvert-Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, Toluca is assisting the family with services. Robert was born April 17, 1958, in Streator, IL the son of Harold and Loretta Burroughs Lutz. Surviving are six brothers and sisters: Joe Lutz of Toluca, Charles (Sally) Lutz of Pekin, Rose Ann Comaroto of Trevor, WI, Janet Zavada of Streator, Mary (Ken) Miller of Toluca, and Carolyn (Pat) Cassidy of Minonk; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Toluca where he was active in the church and the Knights of Columbus. Bob started the Toluca Cruise In car show; he enjoyed cars. Bob retired from Caterpillar in Pontiac where he worked for many years. He enjoyed time with his family.
