Philip C. "Chuck" Haws, Jr., 64, of Pana, died Monday, April 16, 2012 in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. He was born July 15, 1947 in Mendota, IL, the son of Philip Charles Haws, Sr. Darlene Forman Haws. Chuck had worked at County Market in Pana and attended the Fame Evangelical Church, Moweaqua. He is survived by his mother: Darlene Haws, Pana, IL and was preceded in death by his father on November 27, 2011. Funeral Information Inurnment service will be held Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Prairie Repose Cemetery, Amboy, IL with Rev. Thomas Black officiating.
