Paul Michael Levitski, 53, of Bloomington, passed away at 7:24 a.m on Monday, August 18, 2014 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday (8-22-2014) at Carmody-Flynn Williamsburg Funeral Home, Bloomington, where a private family service will be held following the visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice. To express condolences online, please visit www.carmodyflynn.com.He was born September 26, 1960 in Berwick, PA, son of Paul and Shirley Gaydosh Levitski. He married Janet Elaine Palacio on February 25, 1984 in Jacksonville, FL, they were fortunate to have the opportunity to celebrate their 30th anniversary this year.Surviving are his wife, Janet, of Bloomington; son, Christopher of Bloomington; his parents, Paul and Shirley Levitski of Berwick, PA; brother, Thomas (Mary) and their two sons, Josh and Tyler Levitski of Orangeville, PA; along with additional aunts, uncles and cousins residing near Berwick, PA.Paul went to Berwick High School in Berwick, PA and received a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina in 1983. Paul started his work career at Wise Foods in Berwick, Pennsylvania. He continued his work with Wise Foods in St. Augustine, Florida as a Quality Control Manager. He also worked at Excel Chemical Company in Jacksonville as a Chemist, and finally at Exact Packaging in Pontiac, Illinoisrn. Paul was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching golf, baseball, football and most of all; he enjoyed spending time with his family. Paul will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
