Norma Jean Kopp

Norma Jean Kopp, 79, of Farmer City, IL, passed away peacefully at 11:09 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at The Haven in Farmer City.

She was born on August 31, 1946, in Monticello, IL, the daughter of Woodrow and Mae Cornell.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Kopp; son, Rob Beaumar; stepchildren, Rick Kopp, Deb (Pete, deceased) Chambers, JoAnne Fulton, Rhonda (Ron) Reynolds, Robbin (Tom) King; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and sister, Rosie Townsend.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Pina Turpin; brother, Arthur Cornell; and an infant son.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. with the funeral immediately following. Services will be held at Trinity Community Fellowship in Farmer City.

Joe and the kids would like to welcome family and close friends back to the church for a light meal and the sharing of memories following the inurnment at Maple Grove Cemetery, Farmer City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
