Neil E. Mann, 60, of Toluca, IL passed away at 4:10 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Carle Health Proctor Hospital, Peoria. Cremation rites were accorded and a celebration of life will be 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Suds, 112 N. Main St. Toluca. Memorials may be made to the family. Calvert-Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, Toluca is assisting the family with arrangements. Neil was born February 8, 1964, in Peoria, IL the son of Roger and Esther Cioni Mann. He married Susan D. Yeagle on November 17, 1988, in Peoria, IL. She survives along with his mother Esther Lentz of Toluca; three children Brian (Dawn) Jason Jr. of Bloomington, Christopher (Meagan) Jason of Morris, Annalee (Dave) Jason of Streator; three brothers Paul Mann of Toluca, David (Tammy) Mann of Oblong, and Mark (Dawn) Mann of Toluca; two sisters Judy (Daren) Swanson of Wenona, and Esther Sims of Toluca; and four grandchildren Kialeigh, Emma, Gavin, and Rylan. He was preceded in death by his father, one sister Julia, and two brothers Herbie and Steve. Neil enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and spending time with his family and friends.
