Nancy K. Johnson Obituary (1947)

MINONK- Nancy K. Johnson, 78, of Minonk, passed away on May 12, 2025, at OSF Saint Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington. Cremation has been accorded and there will be private family graveside at Minonk Township cemetery at a later date. Nancy was born in Streator, Illinois on April 16, 1947, a daughter to Lawrence and Lorene (Lundgren) Barth. Surviving is her son, Kevin Johnson, of Florida; her sisters, Suzanne May, of Minonk, Lynn (Terry) Manning, Corpus Christi, Texas; nephew Gary (Shawnna) May; nieces, Patsy May, Stephanie (Joe) Fuchs, Kristin (Brent) Weiland, Audrey (Rusty) Rhodes, all of Minonk; several great nieces and nephews; 1 great-great nephew; a few close friends and caregivers; and her beloved dog, Maizey. She was preceded in death by her parents. Nancy had worked in the hotel business. She enjoyed fishing when she was able. She also enjoyed doing puzzles and crafts and adult coloring books, and she loved traveling to Corpus Christi with Lynn, Terry, and their family creating many memories.
