Nadine A. Hazen Obituary (1936

Nadine A. Hazen, 86, of LeRoy, IL, passed away at 10:40 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Heritage Health in Normal, IL. Nadine was born October 16, 1936 in Clearfield, PA, the daughter of Clellon Earl "Kelly" and Vonnel E. (Powell) Folmar. She married Richard L. Hazen on September 8, 1956 in Jersey Shore, PA and he preceded her in death on May 30, 2018. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Burley Edward Folmar. Survivors include three sons, Mark (Francine) Hazen, LeRoy, IL, Kelly (Penny) Hazen, St. Charles, IL and Vaughn (Susan) Hazen, Sugar Grove, IL; seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; a brother, Clellon Earl "Jim" (Sandy) Folmar, Jr, Jershey Shore, PA; two sisters, Sandra (Edward) Johnson, Naples, FL and Pam (Wally) Gower, Nisbet, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Nadine was an avid artist and loved to paint. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
