Bernice A. Becker Bernice A. Becker, 92, of Pana, died Sunday, August 21, 2005 at 3:22 p.m. in Heritage Manor-Pana. She was born June 21, 1913 in Pana, the daughter of Charles Maude Parr Hill, deceased. Bernice was a homemaker and also was engaged in farming with her husband. They owned and operated the Victory Caf during World War II. She lived in the Pana area entire life. She was a past member of VFW Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary, Pana. Bernice married Roman Becker and he preceded her in death. She is survived by her nephew, Greg Riley and her niece, Rotha Muzinger. She was also preceded in death by her son: Herman in 1949, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral Information Cremation rites will be accorded as per Mrs. Becker's request. There will be no services.
