Minnie M. (Schlupp) Lodge, 89, of Eureka, IL passed away at 2:12 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the Apostolic Christian Home, Eureka, IL. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025, at the Apostolic Christian Home, 610 W. Cruger Avenue, Eureka, IL with a funeral service at 5:45 p.m. with her son-in-law Patrick Rogers officiating. Cremation rites will follow the service. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Central Illinois, Normal, IL Minnie was born January 15, 1936, in Metamora, IL, the daughter of Joseph and Viola Schumacher Schlupp. She married Gene A. Hood in 1956 and later married Earl Lodge. Surviving are three children Jeanne (Bill) Umphenour of Catlin, Jonathan Hood of East Peoria, and Janet (Patrick) Rogers of Hudson; seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Joseph Schlupp Jr. Minnie graduated high school then went to beauty school, she worked as a beautician, then in house keeping at Eureka College, and then as a CNA at the Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka until her retirement.
