Lorilee "Lori" Rae Morgan

Lorilee "Lori" Rae Morgan, age 55 of Bloomington, IL passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal IL. Visitation will be 6:00 PM-8:00 PM Friday, February 14, 2020 at First United Methodist Church, Normal, IL and from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM Saturday. Her funeral service will be 11:00 AM Saturday at the church. Rev. Dr. Kent King-Nobles, Rev. Kathy King-Nobles, and Rev. Kim Burke will be officiating. The family suggests memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association or the Children's Ministries of First United Methodist Church. Arrangements are being handled by Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington, IL.

Lori was born December 1, 1964 in Des Moines, IA the daughter of Larry and Cecelia Crouse Browne. She married Brian M. Morgan on July 10, 1999 in Iowa City, IA.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her parents, Larry and Cecelia Browne, Cape Coral, FL, two sons, Benjamin, Golden, CO, Geoffrey, Bloomington, IL, a sister, LeAnn (John) Moore, Ames, IA, a brother, Steve (Nancy) Browne, Benicia, CA, mother-in-law, Lucille Wilson, Des Moines, IA, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Lori graduated with honors from the University of Iowa in 1988. She was a Life Actuary at State Farm Insurance Companies, Bloomington, IL for over 26 years, ending her career due to early-onset Alzheimer's. Lori was an active member of First United Methodist Church, Normal, IL; she was a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries. She had been very active in her children's school, Scouting, and sports activities. Lori had volunteered with the Children's Ministries at her church. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She will be missed by all who knew her.
