Kenneth B. Pride

Kenneth B. Pride, 74, of LeRoy, Illinois, passed away at home Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Cremation Rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held on March 30, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a meal served at the American Legion, LeRoy, Illinois.

Kenneth was born in Flora, Illinois, on June 12, 1950, a son of Bruce and Lela (McCrary) Pride. Lela survives. He married Linda Trail on December 14, 1974, in Clinton, Illinois. She survives.

He is also survived by his son, Kenneth (Pamala) Pride of LeRoy, Illinois; grandson, Clayton Pride of LeRoy, Illinois; siblings, Glen (Glenda) Pride of Fairbury, Illinois; Brian (Jody) Pride of Flora, Illinois; Jerome Pride of Flora, Illinois; Arthur Pride of Clinton, Illinois; Cheryl London of Xenia, Illinois; and Charlotte Pride of Louisiana; and stepbrother, Brad Stanley of Oregon.

He was preceded in death by his father and five siblings.

Kenneth worked for 25 years for Architectural Expressions in Decatur before retiring. In his free time, Kenneth loved woodworking, making entertainment centers, fireplaces, tables, and more. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and devoted friend who will be deeply missed.
