Judith A. "Judy" Schuerg

Judith A. "Judy" Schuerg age 81 of Bloomington, IL passed away at 12:01 PM on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, Normal, IL. Her visitation will be 12 Noon- 4:00 PM Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Beck Memorial Home 209 E. Grove St., Bloomington, IL. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Humane Society of Central Illinois.

Judy was born June 23, 1938 in Hammond, IN the daughter of Steven and Evelyn Streiber Csikos. She married Frederick Schuerg on February 2, 1963. He survives.

Jennifer (Wayne) Taylor, Normal, IL, Fred (Barbara) Schuerg, New Lenox, IL
3 grandchildren, Brittany (Ryan) Lawler, Normal, IL, Brandon Taylor, Peoria, IL, Tyler Schuerg, New Lenox, IL and 1 great grand puppy Miley May, she was a loving Aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, Bill Csikos and 1 sister, Patricia Hickle.

Judy worked for Van Der Aa bus lines as a dispatcher in South Holland, IL and then later worked for Unit 5 - First Student as a dispatcher for over 10 years retiring in 2018. When not at home with her beloved dog Snowball, she was found in the stands behind home plate at every grandkids sporting event cheering as loud as she could. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Judy was an avid Cubs fan. She will be missed by all who knew her.
