Jon Proctor Obituary (1988 - 2024) - Bloomington, Illinois

Jonathon “Jon” Proctor, 36, of Bloomington, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024, in Bloomington. Jon was born January 20, 1988, at Scott Air Force Base, the son of Phillip and Ann (Veselak) Proctor. He is survived by his mother, Ann Proctor of Bloomington; two sisters, Mary (Gary Riggins) McPherson and Sara (Henry) Rivera, both of Bloomington; two nieces, Brielle Riggins and Olivia Rivera and two nephews, Corvin and Ezekiel Rivera. He was preceded in death by his father. Jon graduated from Zion-Benton High School. He was a dedicated employee for Wal-Mart, working in the grocery department at multiple locations for 14 years. Jon was a quiet, private man and was a good listener. When he did have something to say, it was typically important, and people knew to listen.
