Jill Renee Roberts age 73 of Bloomington, IL passed away at 4:12 PM on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Carle BroMenn Medical Center, Normal IL. Her funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday, November 3, 2023 at Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, IL. Rev. Steve Evans will be officiating. Private inurnment will be at East Lawn Cemetery, Bloomington, IL. The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Jill was born November 30, 1949 in Bloomington, IL the daughter of William and Alice Alcorn Penn. She married Douglas Bruce Roberts on November 5, 1970. He passed away October 2, 2021. Surviving are her 3 sons, Trent Roberts, Towanda IL, Troy Roberts, Peoria IL,Travis Roberts, Heyworth, IL 6 grandchildren, Ashley, Tori, Karissa, Triston, Jasie and Dillon, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 sister, Mary Penn, Bloomington, IL. Jill is preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Jill stayed at home and raised her children. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and sister.
