Holly L. Reindl, 55, of Hudson, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home. Her funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Carmody -Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington, where a visitation will follow the service from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Illinois CancerCare or The Humane Society ofCentral Illinois.To express condolences online, please visit www.carmodyflynn.comrnrnHolly was born July 16, 1962 in Kettering, OH, daughter of Joseph Jr. and Phyllis Albers Zell. She married Michael D. Reindl on October 20, 1984 in Dayton, OH.Surviving are her husband Mike of Hudson; her children, Nicole Reindl of Bevier, MO and Joseph Reindl of El Paso; her mother, Phyllis Dear of Dayton, OH; one sister, Kary (Terry) Covey of Beavercreek, OH; a brother, Jamey Zell of West Carrollton, OH and devoted labrador retriever, Samantha.She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Jody McLinn.Holly spent 14 years of her career working within the schools in Bloomington-Normal for both District 87 and Unit 5. Most recently she was working as an administrative assistant at Oakdale Elementary School in Normal where she enjoyed seeing the kids every day.Holly treasured the outdoors; especially horseback riding, camping, boating and fishing. She cherished spending time with her husband working in the yard and travelling with him to visit friends and family. Holly inspired those around her with her grit, determination and strength.She loved animals, fast cars, the roar of a good engine, and attending local tractor pulls. She was admired for her positivity, her unfailing honesty and wisdom, her empathy and care for others, and her infectious grin.
