Pontiac Dateline: Glennie Caesar, 78 of Pontiac, IL. formerly of Conroe, TX died Friday July 2, 2021 at 5:33AM at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL. Cremation rites will be accorded and inurnment will be in Smith Memorial Park Cemetery in Willis, TX. Memorials in Glennie's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Calvert & Martin Funeral Home, Pontiac is handling the arrangements. Glennie was born on December 15, 1942 in Hopkinsville, KY a daughter of Joe and Beulah (Cathcart) Craig. She married August Caesar on April 7. 1966 on Houston, TX. He preceded her in death. Survivors include: one son: Gary Caesar of Conroe, TX and one daughter: Linda Watson of Conroe, TX; one step-son: Jimmy Caesar and one brother: Garland Craig of Tyler, TX. Glennie was preceded in dath by one son: Virgil "Craig" Caesar, one daughter: Joanna Shibley; one step-grandson: James "Robbie" Caesar. Glennie was a mail carrier in Texas for many years.
