Emma Jean Graham

Saybrook- Emma Jean Graham ,99, passed away at the Mclean County Nursing Home in Normal, IL on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
Emma was born on March 31, 1926 in Waynesville, IL; daughter of Charles and Ida (Grambel) Marvel. She married Charles William Graham on November 18, 1945 in Lincoln, IL. He preceded her in death in 1976.
Surviving Emma are her children: Pamela (John) Hester of Saybrook, IL, Patty (Russ) Robbins of Saybrook, IL, and Chuck (Patti) Graham of Colfax, IL; one daughter-in-law: Jill Graham; one sister: Wanda Zurkhammer; seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son: Michael, four sisters, two brothers, one grandchild: Brian, and three great grandchildren.
Emma was a member of Saybrook Christian Church. Emma and Charles farmed together in Shirley, Towanda, and Saybrook for several years. She enjoyed playing cards, dancing, and especially spending time with her loved ones and friends.
Services for Emma will be 12:00 Noon Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Calvert Metzler Memorial Home in Bloomington, IL with Rev. Stacy Landry officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am-12:00 Noon prior to the service. Burial at East Lawn Memorial Gardens will follow the service. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Saybrook Christian Church.
