Eloyce "Jo" Lorene Oneal, 83, of Heyworth, Illinois, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022, at Carle BroMenn Medical Center, Normal, Illinois. Cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be held at a later date in East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington, Illinois. Jo was born January 28, 1939, to Tracy and Anna Edith (Carroll) Ringo. She is survived by her two daughters, Becky (George) Van Winkle of Heyworth, Illinois, and Shelby (Steve) Toohill of Heyworth, Illinois; grandchildren, Ryan Van Winkle, Jacob (Audrey) Van Winkle, Abi Van Winkle, Samantha Funk, Kady Cullers, and Wyatt Cullers; great-grandchildren, Owen Van Winkle, Ella Van Winkle, and Cristopher Funk. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Darcy Oneal, three brothers and two sisters. Jo loved to read and attend her grandchildren's sporting events. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and devoted friend who will be deeply missed.
