Elizabeth I. Jackson, 57, of Peoria, IL passed away at 2:43 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Flanagan Rehab & Health care, Flanagan, IL.
Cremation rites were accorded and a private family service will be held at a later date.
Calvert-Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, Flanagan, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.
Elizabeth was born December25, 1968 in Columbus, Indiana the daughter of Chester Leroy and Phyllis Darlene Schaffer Jackson.
Surviving are her mother Phyllis D, Johnson of Whitleyville, TN; two sons Benjamin Jackson of Morton, and William Jackson; one sister Cynthia Apple of Depauw, IN; and her two dogs Kizzy and Bella.
She was preceded in death by her father Chester, three brothers James L. Jackson, Christopher A. Cobb, ad Jonathan D. Spears, and one sister Sharon R. Jackson.
She loved and was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church LifePoints, Morton, IL. Elizabeth went to school for Physical Therapy at St. Francis Physical Therapy School in Peoria, IL. She was a care giver for her son and had worked at LifePoint where he lives. She had also worked as a CNA. She loved spending time with her dogs and her family
