Edward Waltz, 62, of Le Roy, Illinois, passed away at 2:38 A.M. Friday, July 17, 2020, at his home in Le Roy, Illinois.

There will be no services at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the McLean County Humane Society, Illinois CancerCare, Bloomington or the
Le Roy Country Club.

Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, Le Roy, Illinois, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mr. Waltz was born March 23, 1958, in Decatur, Illinois, to Donald Dean and Judy Childers Waltz. He married Lucy Wood on January 15, 1988, in Bloomington, Illinois. She survives in Le Roy, Illinois.

Also surviving are his two daughters, Chelsey Waltz of Bloomington, Illinois, and Corinn Waltz of Asheville, North Carolina; mother, Judy (Ozz) Gosnell of Saybrook, Illinois; two brothers, Jim Waltz of Saybrook, Illinois, and Bill (Nancy) Reddick of Normal, Illinois; and three sisters, Cheryl Waltz of Saybrook, Illinois, Cathy (Doug) Gosnell of Strasburg, Illinois, and Lisa Lewis of Saybrook, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Edward was a member of the Le Roy Country Club.
