Henry: Dorothy Elaine Stotler Tuttle, 86, of Henry, passed away Monday August 26, 2024, 1:05 PM at Henry Rehab & Nursing Center, Henry. Graveside services will be held Thursday August 29, 2024, 11:00 AM at Henry Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Mary’s Church, Henry. Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home, Henry is in charge of arrangements. Dorothy was born August 14, 1938, in Marshall County, IL to Orla and Arleene (Ryan) Stotler. She married Philip Reeve Tuttle on November 24, 1956, in Henry, IL. He preceded her in death January 11, 2002. Surviving are her children, Douglas (Robyn) Tuttle, of Prairie Village, KS, Kimberly (Mark) Hubinsky, of Peru, and Mark (Beverly) Tuttle, of Dunn, NC, seven grandchildren, Erin, Shannon, Jason, Jade, Jordan, Elissa and Courtney and nine great-grandchildren. Her parents, her siblings, Celestine (Bob) Shearer, Shirley (Don) Flinner and Donna (Ed) Flesburg, preceded her in death. Dorothy was a graduate of Henry-Senachwine High School, as the Salutatorian, and the Henry Cosmetology School. She was a beautician in her home for several years. Later she traveled with her husband to construction sites. She later worked at Hardware Hank, Henry as a bookkeeper. She loved to spend time with her family and friends.
