Delores June Eddleman Tuggle Obituary (1931

Delores June Eddleman Tuggle, 92, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023, in her home with her family by her side. Delores was born July 28, 1931, in Johnson County, Illinois, the daughter of Claude and Faye (Craig) Peterson. She was born in Southern Illinois during the Great Depression and moved to Central Illinois in the 1950's. Delores loved to volunteer and enjoyed traveling, crafting, taking pictures, genealogy, and gardening. Delores is survived by her children Mary Lou (Richard) Schoonover, Deborah (Paul) Farnsworth, Sharron (Rick) Thornton, Jane (Tim) McCollom, Jeffery (Dale Anne) Tuggle, and James (Rhonda) Tuggle, brothers Jerry and Bob Peterson, ten grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. Delores is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ezra R. Tuggle, one brother Val Eugene Peterson, and one sister Phyllis Campbell. Private family services will be held.
