Deborah "Debbie" Casey, 69, of Bloomington, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 7:24pm in Bloomington at her residence surrounded by her family. Per Debbie's wishes cremation rites will be accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Kylie Casey, 5 Gerard Dr, Bloomington, IL 61701. Beck Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements. Debbie was born on January 22, 1956 in Chicago IL a daughter to Clifford Jackson JR and Nancy Busch. She married Dennis Casey on June 10, 1996 in Pontiac, IL who was a loving and supportive husband until his passing on September 25, 2014. Debbie is survived by her step children, Holly Casey, Halden Casey, Kylie (Antonio Hebert) Casey; five special grandchildren, Jaylynn Hayes, Jenna Casey, Kayden Hebert, Lynnea Hebert, and Josiah Hebert; sisters, Cheri Watts and Nancy Watts; Brother, Earl Watts III. She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband, and two brothers Clifford Jackson and Anthony Watts. Debbie owned a cleaning business for many years and became a dedicated homemaker raising her granddaughter, Jenna. Debbie was a loving step mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Debbie enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, planting flowers, having her morning coffee with Kim, lunch dates with Marcia, watching Jaylynn become a successful businessman, teaching Kayden how to fish with Tom, baking and painting with Lynnea, and playing monster trucks with Josiah.
