Dail R. Fosdick Obituary (1974 - 2021)

Dail R. Fosdick, 46, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at OSF St. James John W. Albrecht Medical Center in Pontiac. He was born December 23, 1974, in Pontiac, IL to Dennis Fosdick and Jane Ransdell. They both survive in Pontiac. Dail graduated from Pontiac Township High School. He married Jenny Hamilton on July 19, 1997, in Pontiac, IL. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and spending time with family and friends as well as spending time with his children and grandson. Dail did lawn care for many years and enjoyed working outdoors and making things naturally beautiful. He was preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents and one sister, Keri, of California. Surviving are his four children, Kaylie Fosdick (Sabashun) of Pontiac, IL, Tyler Fosdick of Pontiac, IL, Dennis Fosdick of Pontiac, IL, and Baby Dail Fosdick of Pontiac, IL; two sisters and one brother, Denise (Darryl) Lewis of Flanagan, IL, Deanna (Steve) Brower of Florida, and Andrew Fosdick of Pontiac, IL; one grandson, Landyn Borger of Pontiac, IL; and many nieces and nephews. A service remembrance will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Pontiac. Eulogies will be read by Tracy Bromley of Pontiac. Memorials may be made to the family.
