Colette Joan Stover Obituary (1941

Colette Joan Stover, 82, of Pontiac passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at St. Jospeh's Hospital in Bloomington. Cremation rites have been accorded and Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Colette was born August 28, 1941, in Chicago to parents Tony and Joan (Zimmer) Gulczynski. Later in life, she married Carroll Stover and had four children, Robert, Mark, Jeff, and Scott. Colette is survived by her three sons, Scott (Roxann), Mark, and Jeff, grandchildren Anna (Daimen), Scotty (Madeline), David (Halee) and Haven, great-grandchildren Rook, Maiya, Trysten, and Ryuu, and siblings Lois and sister-in-law Deb. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Carroll, brother Robert Gulczynski, and one son, Robert Stover. Colette had a long career as a manager in food service. She loved to bake with her grandchildren and in her retirement spent as much time as she could with her family.
