Clarice M. Cold Obituary (1935

Chillicothe: Clarice M. Cold, 90, of Chillicothe, passed away Friday January 9, 2026, 7:38 am at her home in Chillicothe. Visitation will be Tuesday January 13, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 at the Chillicothe Bible Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am. at the church. Pastor Karl Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow at Henry Cemetery, Henry. Memorials may be directed to her church. Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home, Henry is in charge of arrangements. Clarice was born April 9, 1935, in Clark, South Dakota to George and Orva (Wika) Huffman. She married Marlin Seiler in 1954. She later married Wally Cold in 1983. He preceded her in death on October 15, 2009. Surviving are her children, Lori Hartwig, of Henry, De Ann Rohloff, Aubron Hills, Michigan, Jay Seiler of Chillicothe, Kent (Leslie) Seiler, of Princeville, and Joan (Jim) Noramczyk, of Princeton, Deborah (Tom) Olson, of Shorewood, Christian (Susan) Cold, of Ladysmith, WI, Jennifer (Michael) Kopina, of Oswego, Laura (Allan) Koener, of Washington, Craig (Patricia) Cold, of Stacy, MN and Mark Cold, of Roecheter, NY, 37 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Jeanette (The late Harold) Keyes, of Casa Granda, AZ and Shirley (The late Ray) Johnson, of Bradenton, FL. Her parents, one son, Randy Seiler, and a son-in-law, Ed Hartwig, preceded her in death. Clarice was a very active Member of the Chillicothe Bible Church, where she was involved in many groups and activities. She worked as the office manager for many years at the Putnam grain elevator.
