Catherine LaGreca Obituary (1958

Catherine M. LaGreca, 66, of Cornell passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 11:35 am at her residence. There will be a celebration of life on October 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Derek’s house, 10177 E. 2280 N Rd., Cornell, IL 61319. Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Catherine was born on May 18, 1958, in Chicago to John and Eleanor (Diddia) McMillan. She married Anthony LaGreca on August 16, 1988, in Wonder Lake. He passed away on October 15, 2022. She is survived by her sons, Derek J. (Hope Highland) of Cornell, A.J. of Cornell and Adam (Shawna) of Danvers; brother, Jack McMillan of Pontiac; sister, Linda (Patrick) Beinor of Orland Park; grandchildren, Laine, Mariah, Nick, Elliot, Lyla, Nora, Colson and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Anthony. She was educated at McHenry West Schools, graduating in 1976. She was employed by Holiday Inn / Quality Inn in Pontiac for over 25 years.
