Carolyn J. Qualls, 67, of Pontiac, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 10:17 a.m. at Pontiac Healthcare & Rehab in Pontiac. Cremation rites will be accorded. Interment will be at Southside Cemetery in Pontiac, IL at a later date. Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of arrangements. Carolyn was born March 11, 1949 in Middlesboro, KY to Stuart and Jeanette (Meyers) Sutton. She is survived by her son, Tim (Katie) Qualls of Madison, WI; and three sisters, Rema (Tom) Adkins of Daytona, FL, Pansey "Pat" Johnson of Pontiac, IL, and Mary (Nolan) Smiley of South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Garline Sutton and Judy Sutton. Carolyn worked at Futures Unlimited in Pontiac for over 20 years and was a member of First United Baptist Church in Pontiac. Memorials may be made to Futures Unlimited, 210 E.
