Bodee Edward & Banks Allan Heller Obituary (2024

Bodee Edward and Banks Allan Heller were born October 28, 2024 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL. Together they were peacefully welcomed into the arms of Jesus on the evening of November 1, 2024 in the 7 o’clock hour. Visitation will be held Friday, November 8, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Pontiac. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 9 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church with a one hour visitation prior to the service. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Pontiac. Bodee and Banks are survived by their parents, Jake & Jordan Heller, Pontiac; brother, Brockton; paternal grandparents Marty & Shelly Heller, Pontiac; Aunt Meghan Heller, Chicago; maternal grandparents Victor IV &Tammy Johns, Pontiac; Uncle Victor Johns V, Pontiac, and Aunt Samantha Johns, Pontiac. Maternal great-grandparents, Victor III & Susan Johns, Saunemin; and Barb Drach, Pontiac. They were preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents and a maternal great-grandfather. The family asks that you hug the little ones in your life extra tight, extend the game of catch, shoot a few extra hoops, and read one more bedtime story. The Bodee and Banks Heller Legacy Fund has been established to contribute to the organizations involved with their fetal and neonatal care in addition to community groups the boys would have engaged with as they grew.
