Billy Brown

Billy Brown, 42 of Kincaid, IL, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Hillsboro Area Memorial Emergency Room in Hillsboro, IL. He was born on November 30, 1980, in Taylorville, IL, to Glen Brown and Judith (Tirey) Brown.
Billy was the kind of guy who would try to find work just to have something to do. He loved to make people laugh and would do crazy things to try and cheer someone up. He enjoyed picking flowers on the side of the road to give to his loved ones and always put his family and friends before himself. He will be missed dearly.
He is survived by his fiancé: Veronica Sroczynski; his daughter: Sierra Brown; two amazing step-children: Madison and Elijah Wilkins; sister: Deondra Chandler; “his brother”: Derrick; many nieces and nephews; and his ex-wife and good friend: Amber Pocklington. He was preceded in death by his parents: Glen and Judith Brown; and his stillborn baby.
Billy will be cremated, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
