Beverly Jean Beck Christian

Beverly Jean Beck Christian, 71, of Ohlman passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in her home. She was born January 16, 1949 at home in Herrick, daughter of David & Lavone (Paradee) Beck. Beverly married Gary L. Christian on May 10, 1969 in Ramsey, IL and he preceded her in death on August 26, 2014.
Beverly was a graduate of Cowden-Herrick High School and retired from International Paper in Shelbyville after 25 years. She loved working in her flower garden and camping & boating with her family. She had a large doll collection and loved rooster decorations.
Beverly is survived by her children: Kevin L. (Amy) Christian, Pana, IL and Loren E. (Tonya) Christian, Assumption, IL; grandchildren: Tyler (Ashley) Christian, Brent Christian, Austin (Kaley) Christian & Alleson Christian; great granddaughter, Ella; siblings: Glenda (the late Johnny) Bolyard, Ramsey, IL; Sharon (Martin) Hasley, Farina, IL; Marjorie Beck, Assumption, IL; Raymond (Beverly) Beck, Pana, IL; Roger (Tina) Beck, Shobonier, IL; Bernard Beck, Bingham, IL and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother on September 30, 1989; father on November 13, 1980; infant brother, Roy & granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Christian.
Funeral services for Beverly will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Kenneth Morell officiating. Burial will be in Rosemond Grove Cemetery, Rosamond. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorials in Beverly's honor may be made to United in Faith Church Youth Group or Pana First Church of the Nazarene and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
