Toni was born November 7, 1932 in Brackenridge, PA the daughter of Angelo and Thelma (Wick) DonGilli. She married Arthur Rousseau April 21, 1950 in Tarentum, PA. Survivors include her husband: Arthur Rousseau, Clinton, IL; children: Geri Rousseau, Clinton, IL, Michael (Teri) Rousseau, Clinton, IL and Jonni (Michael Goad) Rousseau, Flower Mound, TX; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son: Arthur Rousseau, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Toni had retired as a call center manager in Bloomington, IL for GTE - Verizon. She loved to read and listen to music.
