Ann Grace Haywood

Ann Grace Haywood, 90, of Flushing, MI, formerly of Taylorville, IL died Saturday, June 11, 2005 in Riverside Assisted Living Center, Flushing, MI. She was born June 11, 1915 in Taylorville, IL, the daughter of Jason Kirk and Eva Cook Busby. She married William T. Haywood on March 17, 1934 in Peoria, IL and he preceded in death on September 4, 1980. Mrs. Haywood graduated from Taylorville High School, was formery employed by Penney's Department Store, Federal's Department Store and the American Red Cross. She had formerly lived in Flint, MI, Ypsilanti, MI and Ft. Myers, FL.

Surviving are 3 sons: Gary Haywood and wife Pauline of Ypsilanti, MI; Ron Haywood and wife Mary of Flushing, MI and Don Haywood and wife Kathy of Chelsea, MI. There are 6 grandchildren: Brad Haywood, Michael Haywood, Terry Baesl, Ron Haywood, Kristen McKone and Erin Throneberry and 12 Great Grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother, David Busby and wife Nancy of Girrard, IL and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Brother, Madison Busby, sister Mickey Dix and a granddaughter, Debbie Haywood.

Private family graveside services will be held in oak Hill Cemetery on Monday, June 20, 2005. Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 19, 2005 in McClure Funeral Home, Taylorville, IL.
