Annemary Baginski Obituary (1924 - 2019)

Annemary Baginski 94, of Shelbyville, IL formerly of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2019, in Trinity Lutheran Church, Decatur, IL. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning until service time at the church. Burial will be in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.dawson-wikoff.com. Annemary was born November 19, 1924, in Chicago, IL the daughter of John and Anna Marie (Goelz) Moll. She a graduate of Luther Institute, Chicago, IL. She married Kurt Baginski on June 25, 1944. He preceded her in death on December 29, 2008. Annemary had worked as a school bus driver for the Lutheran schools and retired as a secretary from Kemper Insurance Company. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Surviving are her sons: John Baginski (Linda) of Altamont, IL and Richard Baginski (Vanessa) of Findlay, IL; brother: Dr. Hans Moll (Marcia) of Macomb, IL; nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandson. Annemary was preceded in death by her husband and her daughter: Karen.
